On 12 November 2022, COP27 Coalition are calling on citizens to join in a decentralised Global Day of Action on  during COP27, organised in cities and towns across the globe, and to help mobilise millions of people under a call for climate justice and bring movements together to build real power for systems change.

In the UK, Climate Justice Coalition are coordinating events. They say “From the national & global cost of living crisis, climate impacts in the global south and the demand for climate reparations, and the urgent need to end fossil fuel extraction and for a workers-led justice transition – we will rise up together and fight for justice.”
