Travel Choices and Wellbeing
With the rapid rise of new technologies in the transport sector, it is difficult to keep up with changing travel needs and preferences of the people and plan and design cities in a sustainable manner.
As part of her PhD project on Travel Choices and Wellbeing, Warwick University student Shravani Sharma is aiming to evaluate two specific objectives:
- To understand how to design an acceptable, robust, and inclusive survey for people with disabilities to be able to get the maximum participation.
- To understand how the transport policies may or may have not impacted the well-being in general of people with disabilities.
She will therefore be organising some focus groups, conversations and interviews during March 2023 and invites those who would like to comment on these topics to contact her at Shravani.Sharma@warwick.ac.uk
