Walk or Bicycle
Once we have a car we tend to drive everywhere. However, the reality is that many of the trips we make easily can be done walking or bicycling. Not only does it save fuel and money, and prevents climate change, it is also good for you. Walking for 20-30 minutes a day is sufficient to help maintain a healthy lifestyle.

PS. Did you know that Coventry once was the world’s center for bicycle production; the Coventry Transport Museum has an amazing collection of old bicycles and it is free to visit.
