Daniel Inkoom is passionate about sustainability and is volunteering as the Climate Change Manager with United Nations Association Coventry and Coventry Climate Action Network, driving initiatives that promote environmental awareness and sustainable practices.
Daniel holds a Masters degree in Strategic Management and Leadership from Kwame Nkrumah University of Ghana. He is an experienced Business Analyst with a diverse background in banking, finance, customer service, and sustainability. Originally from Ghana, he began his career as an Operations Officer at Ecobank Ghana Ltd, where he streamlined banking operations and enhanced process efficiency. He later transitioned to Accounts Payable at eProcess International S.A., managing financial transactions and optimizing payment workflows.
After relocating to the UK, Daniel gained valuable experience in customer engagement before advancing into his current role as a Business Analyst, where he specializes in process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management.
With a strong analytical mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement, Daniel thrives in dynamic environments where he can deliver impactful solutions and foster positive change.
