On the Friday 20 September 2019 people of Coventry will meet outside Coventry Council House at 10:00 to show they demand urgent, radical and bold action on the climate crisis.
At 14:00 we will have a meeting inside Committee Room 3 of the Council House to launch of Climate Action Week which will culminate in Earth Strike on Friday 27 September. All welcome to attend.
UK Student Climate Strike want to see over a million people take to the streets in the UK ahead of the UN Climate Summit in New York on 23 September to send a loud and clear message; we must act, and we must act now. We are waking up to a reality where we can no longer choose to ignore this issue: we must stand up and fight for our future or face an uninhabitable planet.
