1. It really was heartening to hear that Councillor Mutton has Changed his mind re climate change. And that he thinks the future of the young depends on how we manage the present. One strategy for mitigating climate change is the greening of city centres. This is being used across the world to mitigate negative weather events as well as improve air quality and provide social/health benefits to citizens. In light of this I wonder if Councillor Mutton now agrees with the 90% of citizens consulted that Broadgate should have become a green oasis rather than being totally paved over? And if so whether he would use his influence to undo some of the concreting and plant up Broadgate once more and thus contribute to improving the health and well being of citizens as well as help mitigate climate change?
