Comments requested on Planning Policy documents regarding Energy Efficiency

Coventry City Council is seeking feedback on draft Planning Policy documents that will add further detail to the policies of the Local Plan.

The three Supplementary Planning Documents focus upon Affordable Housing, Energy and Open Space. The documents dealing with Energy Efficiency can be downloaded from

  1. This is a bit of a surprise for me. I’ve seen nothing in the local press. Even more surprising is that the first document I downloaded was dated November 2021.
